With his sights set high, he attended Cornell University on a football scholarship and became a starting linebacker for the Big Red.

Upon graduation, Jeff entered the hospitality business and earned notoriety for transforming an empty floor in a Cincinnati Holiday Inn into a place to “see and be seen.”

He caught the attention of local celebrities like Pete Rose and Johnny Bench, who eventually became investors and partners in his next big move.
