Episode 52. Denise Vasquez Troutman – Past President & CEO, Center for Women & Families (2006-2011)
Denise Vasquez Troutman is passionate about her work and believes there is still so much to do.
Denise is president and CEO of The Center for Women & Families which provides trauma-informed advocacy and support for individuals, families, and communities affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. Previously, she was vice president of human resources for The YMCA of Greater Louisville handling full management and budget responsibility for payroll, benefits and administration along with bringing new insight and procedures to the hiring, training, and development policies.
Denise also has extensive experience in the private sector. She was the southeast regional manager for Starbuck’s where she oversaw the US retail field operation covering seven states and 146 stores. Denise also spent 10 years with the Oracle Corporation in various leadership positions.
She is a graduate of the University of Windsor.
